  I received a thorough review and excellent professional advice. Mr. Frazier offered several options, clearly outlining the costs and benefits of each. He offered me sufficient legal guidance to proceed without taking advantage of the situation. Honestly, this is the best legal experience I’ve had- honest, straightforward, professional, and worth every cent. I’d recommend Mr. Frazier’s office to anyone with tax issues that need a legal review.

  Attorney Frazier was excellent. He was very patient and thorough with his explanation of the law and how it pertains to our case in a way thT we could easily understand. And He was patient and always open to answering all of our questions. I would STRONGLY recommend him.

  Mr. Frazier and his staff were always courteous, professional, and effective throughout the entire process of my case. I was advised on all possible courses of actions, their possible (and probable) results and guided through smart choices to a positive end result with no surprises. Even through COVID times his office was knowledgeable and responsive by phone, email, and virtual meetings.

  Mr. Frazier is absolutely someone I would recommend to anyone seeking help with tax guidance or needing a consultation. From the original call speaking with Misty on our general questions and leading up to our actual meeting with Mr. Frazier I was nothing short of impressed. This is someone I genuinely felt like I could trust and who had my best interest at heart. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the tax laws and I feel confident in the help he provided me that I can actually complete a task that seemed giant before getting to speak with him. 10/10 if you are looking for someone .. this is your guy !

  Highly recommended!! Mr. Frazier and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We were facing an intimidating Tax Examination, not knowing what to expect or how to handle such a situation.
