Dr. Ott is the most compassionate and helpful medical professional I have ever worked with. I have been around a lot of people in the healthcare world and I can honestly say that no one goes above and beyond the way that she does. I am a "goldilocks" patient and I'm incredibly sensitive to medication changes. Dr. Ott has been amazingly kind and understanding through various medication changes and tweaks. She truly cares about how I'm doing and listens intently to me at every visit. I cannot express how important it is to be heard when it comes to mental health.

She has guided me from one of my greatest lows to one of the best seasons of life that I have ever had. I would not be where I am today without her. She has been an absolute godsend and I would recommend her to anyone seeking to better their mental health. She represents everything a doctor should be.

Staff is wonderful and caring. Assessments are thorough. Easy to get in to be seen. Financial office bends over backwards to make sure you're able to keep your appointments. I feel heard and that my mental health is taken seriously. Highly recommend!
