Saade Nammour. I was referred to Dr. Lancaster since 2019, and it was a wonderful referral. The office environment is exceptionally friendly. Dr. Lancaster takes time in thoroughly explaining the latest in hearing aids technology. I highly recommend Dr. Lancaster.

Dr. Lancaster and his staff are soooooo caring and willing to answer ANY QUESTIONS or HELP in any way needed. If they don't know... they will find out for you. I could not recommend any Audiology services any higher than them. You won't be disappointed... trust me.

I've been going to Dr. Lancaster since 2014. He's an excellent audiologist...professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I had a "sudden hearing loss" episode several years back that he diagnosed quickly & got me in to see an ENT physician the same day! He sees patients promptly, and the office staff are excellent, too. I highly recommend him to anyone needing audiological services.

I arrived about 3 1/2 hours early because I was in town for another appointment. The receptionist was very polite and took my phone number in the case that a patient was running late or a no show. She called me in about an hour before my appointment and I was seen by the doctor. The doctor was friendly and had a great personality, and I enjoyed our conversation. I was not rushed through my testing and felt that she was very thorough.
