(October 31, 2022, 8:46 pm)Automated check in system for dropping trailer, live loads and picking up loaded trailer. Fairly easy to navigate from your phone. Ample room to maneuver to drop/pick up loaded trailer. Scales are pretty accurate for scaling loaded trailer. Scaled at nearby Pilot truck stop to be sure. Fast check out via cell phone. Pick up paperwork at the gate house before exiting.
(October 31, 2022, 4:42 pm)Appointment was at 07:30PM and I arrived at 04:00PM, they checked me in and got me a door but I wasn't loaded until 07:45PM, the were done at 09:00PM. The check in process is quite fast. You need to text a phone number and they'll send you a link that you need to fill up. If you're getting loaded, once they're done you need to stop by the scale. It weighs each axle which was really nice. Not bad at all, it would've been nicer if I got loaded right away haha. No complains really, plenty of space for backing, very nice people.
