Jared helped me purchase the perfect sofa. I had called asking about a particular one I had seen and he quickly got back to me with the dimensions and information I was looking for. The buying process was really easy!

Our experience at Havertys was great, everyone was very friendly. We worked with Eric and he made the process smooth. Eric was patient with us as there were so many options in different style furniture and fabrics. Delivery for in stock items was within a couple days. The items we custom ordered are estimated 5-6 weeks out which is very reasonable.

From beginning to end Eric Gray was so helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us time to walk around and try out other sofas. He gave us the price information printed out for reference. When we were ready, Eric has very informative and helped us choose a delivery date that works with our schedule.

"B" was friendly and helpful but not pushy in helping me find what I was looking for. She was professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my time with her and was very happy with my selection when I walked away. I will definitely return when I need more furniture!
