I cannot recommend Robert enough. Not only did Robert help us buy our home in Tennessee, he was SO hands on through the whole process he helped us find out amazing realtor in another state to sell our home. They worked together behind the scenes which took away SO MUCH STRESS!
Robert was so communicative the entire time and when I was a ball of stress he was ten steps ahead making sure things were taken care of.
He was prepared every step of the way with a plan, a backup plan and a backup to that. So I never felt left in the dark or without a clue of what the next steps were.
His team was agile and flexible allowing us to close early, at a different location, funding within an hour to get our keys much earlier than expected.

Robert Biehn is an example of how realtors should operate in today's society. He takes time to really try and be the best advocate for his clients, and he will not lie to anyone. He has integrity and works to better himself in the profession. I've personally witnessed him pour himself into a project or a client's transaction to make sure that it was perfect. Robert shows a high level of expertise in contract negotiation (in large part due to his background of complex contract negotiation). He also never lets a client relationship end at the closing table. He truly treats clients like VIPs for life. As a title attorney in middle Tennessee, I truly love working with Robert Biehn and his amazing team!
