One of the best Critical Transport in the state. Qualified staff and excellent equipment. Overall just terrific people to work with. They go above and beyond the call of duty each and every day for their patience and work well with hospital staff. I would highly recommend this company I’ll give them two thumbs way up
Med Stat transported me to Vanderbilt Medical Center from MTMC in 2014. My insurance paid them but they still billed me for the whole amount, I called immediately and told them that my insurance paid and if you could confirm that I didn't owe anything remaining. The nice lady on the phone said she would correct the account and send me a new bill if I ended up owning anything after insurance. 4 Years goes by and I never heard anything before getting a call from a collections company claiming I owe the full amount (even though I have proof my insurance paid). If you ever have an option I highly suggest not doing business with this company.
*UPDATE - I changed this from a 1 star to a 5 star, it took almost 6 months but with the help of their business manager (who was very nice and polite during the process) they were able to get this removed from my credit report and corrected the error. I think this issue was caused by poor record keeping by previous owners and I don't fault the current owners for the mistake. Thank you for working with me and helping get this resolved.
