(October 3, 2022, 10:48 am)I had to catch a flight the day my car was scheduled to be complete. My flight was scheduled to leave prior to the pick up time. The Company went above and beyond to get me my vehicle back 2 hours before I before it was scheduled this level of dedication was greatly appreciated. they even were going to store my car to assist me if I couldn't make it in time I would recommend anyone looking for a car repair company use caliber you won't find a better company.

Especially those who may not be the most informed about cars - I have been taken advantage of by other repair companies who overcharged or did more than what I asked. The team at Caliber, especially Brittany and Jeff, made me feel welcome and kept me informed along the way. I paid a reasonable price for the work needed and got my car back in great condition.
(July 28, 2022, 10:37 am)5-star work AND, just as important, 5-star customer service. I was greeted by the receptionist, Michelle (I think), and she helped get me set up with a car rental. She was easily one of the most qualified, friendly people for that job. I was updated throughout the repair about what was being done with my car, updated on when i could expect my car to be done, and my car was finished ahead of schedule. Thanks to all the staff there at Caliber.
(April 25, 2022, 1:30 pm)Best customer service! Best paint job! Best everything! Jasmine, Michelle, the GM… everyone was BEAUTIFUL!! Yes! I used beautiful because that’s the only word that I feel best describes the people at this location. Jasmine kept me updated every Step… Michelle has the sweetest spirit and so much patience… I have ZERO complaints! My car looks just how it looked when I drove it off the lot!!! They have a customer for life! Thank you guys so much!
