Not long after, I brought my car in for check up due to the clunky sound when I turned on the AC. The shop owner/partner attended to me right away. He was very courteous and calm. He gave me the estimates, which was very reasonable. I left the car and three hours later, they called me that it's done. Since then the problem never came back and I feel very confident driving my car again. The car runs very smoothly since then. They even wash your car after they fixed it. So nice!!! The service is always efficient and only have had one unpleasant experience in all of my visits. The drive thru is usually very quick especially when using the mobile app to order ahead. The mobile app also allows you to earn free drinks and points to discount the already competitive prices. Their bagels, donuts, and muffins are also exquisite and I highly recommend the coffee cake muffin. Overall a good basic place to have in your back pocket. She took her time to listen about the difficulties I was experiencing and then explained what to use and how to use it step by step to successfully replicate the look by myself at home the same way she did. After I purchased the products she recommended for me( 3 items yikes!) I went home and followed her steps. I was so seriously impressed! Not only did it work and looked just the same but it lasted 3 days! wow! Plus she wrote everything down for me, so I could remember exactly how to do it. That in itself was very helpful to be able to read as I did my hair. Her advice hands down has been the best educational experience I've ever had with any stylist EVER! If you are struggling with your hair in any way, please do yourself a favor and ask Brandi to help you solve your hair troubles! I was hesitant to spend so much on products but I'm telling you purchase the products. It only takes a very small amount and my hair always stays smelling so fresh for days! Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”
