Pets R Us Vet

My cat has had medical issues since we got him in January 2020. He has been to multiple vets and most of them either didn’t help or just put him on medications that made him lethargic and unhappy. Pets R Us have been the only vet that has actually tried to find a solution that works for him without just giving medications that affect him as a cat. They also see our kitten, and they are great with her too. The staff is super friendly, willing to answer any questions thoroughly, and I really feel like my kitties are safe here.

Friendly staff. They are always helpful over the phone (you don’t get that hospitality a lot from many businesses). They are even more welcoming in person.

Dr. Kozman was very personable and kind. Unfortunately, our interactions with him happened during sad situations (he told us our dog had a metastasized tumor and he was in “grave” condition). He delivered the news to us gently and was even patient with my outburst crying (he’s my first pet and I’ve never had anyone die in my family in 20+ years of life).

Needless to say, this place was amazing about everything. They worked with us on cost. Overall, it was a positive experience during such a difficult time. IF I should ever own a pet dog again, this will definitely be our permanent vet.

We’re new to dog ownership. We have a beautiful blue pit we acquired from a friend. She didn’t have any shots done and is 8 weeks old. We didn’t want to wait too long to get her shots done.

We called and researched everyone...... we had an appointment somewhere else but what this lovely place said they could take us the SAME day!!! Game changer.

The receptionist was super super nice and warm. Hey the dr was very informative and gave us some GREAT tips (as new owners). I’m happy to say we’ve found her PCP!

This hospital takes the BEST care of my Phoebe. She's a golden retriever puppy with a lot of energy and lots of love to give. The techs get so excited to see her and I can really tell that they love her. Every time we go in, I can hear them in the back praising her and giving her love. It makes my heart so happy to know they treat her well behind closed doors. I had to leave her for the whole day at the clinic after she got spayed because of work. I had no doubt that they loved on her the entire time. We always feel so welcome when we visit. I used to be a vet tech and have the highest expectations for care for my puppy. This clinic never disappoints! They answer every question thoughtfully, give such great estimates so I am never surprised by the price, and they are so great at explaining what they need to do before they do it. As long as we live in middle TN, we won't be going anywhere else. Phoebe and I are so grateful to the staff at Pets R Us and are so glad to call them our veterinary home!
