Amazing service. I have never experienced customer service like that before. They took the time to listen to my preferences. I did not feel pressured at all and they even helped rearrange a couch on their showroom floor to help me see what it would look like in my house. They have a great variety but the customer service alone will ensure that I will be a returning customer.

My wife has been looking for a sectional and had no luck. She found Smyrna Furniture Outlet and she found a couch she liked. We called to see if it was in stock and we were told it was. Once we arrived we found Omar who initially helped us on the phone. We saw the couch and it was perfect. Well, they didn't actually have it in stock, it was a different color than what we wanted. Not the end of the world. Well they were so upset they offered us the floor model temporarily until ours came in. What an amazing offer, we didn't accept it. But we were shocked they offered it. We were told our couch would take two weeks to arrive. To our surprise we were called 4 days later. Someone went out of their way to get our couch on a truck way ahead of schedule. Customer service like this does not exist hardly anywhere anymore. What a fantastic experience in buying a sectional.

I have visited this store since it opened. I've never received anything but excellent service. I recently purchased a bedroom set that is glamorous for a great price. The owner went over and beyond to ensure that the price was feasible for my budget and I'm on social security. His daughter who helped me was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. Her customer service was very outstanding which kept me coming back. Ive not had such service anywhere for many years. I will always purchase furniture from this store. Thank you!
