I’ve been going to Dr. Reed since 2014 and never had any issues with anyone there. There was one time I waited awhile before being seen (with an appointment) Dr. Reed came out to the front herself and took care of it immediately. Every person that had seen me and taken care of me has been kind and very professional. Yes she is busy taking care of VA patients but that’s fine with me. Her NP and other staff members have been nothing but patient, caring and understanding with any concerns I’ve had. When I went through my divorce and lost of a child, Dr. Reed checked in on me, I felt the genuine love and care she gave me.
Let me tell y’all something, these people are the BEST people out there. This was my first time going to a doctor and filling out all the paper work so I was super stressed and nervous. The lady at the front desk and so helpful and made sure I had everything right. The. My nurse was so happy and cheerful and it calmed me down so fast. The lady that took my blood (y’all I’m scared of needles) made me feel so relaxed while I was getting my blood drawn. Then my nurse made getting the flu shot so easy. When it came to the doctor, she was so helpful and good at her job. I went in the get a referral and not only did they explain everything to me, they even called me later and told me about the place I would be going to and gave me all the info. I will ALWAYS be going here. If you are looking for a new PCP THIS is the place to go. (Sorry if this is long I just want everyone to know how awesome this place is)
I love Dr. Reed she is an awesome doctor and actual cares about her patients. I have been coming here for about 10 years. I have had a few billing issues but they have always been resolved with ease. She has referred me to several doctors as needed and very quickly gotten back with me with any questions or concerns. The nurses are amazingly nice and understanding. They also accept walk-ins which is great for when I am sick and unable to wait until the next day to see her. She has a nurse practitioner Julia who I haven't seen in a while but she too was nice. I would definitely recommend this office for all your medical needs.
