A recent situation occurred where I had to instantly cancel an online order. I called and they stated they would refund me within 5 business days. Forward almost 3 weeks and I did not receive a refund. I called again and stated the situation, and proceeded to properly refund me a week later. Just glad I finally got my money back. -
