AT&T Store

Went in on 3/27 and was helped by the manager Anthony and josh the sales rep, I gotta say..they were both awesome! Let me know everything going on, and led me to the best choice for me. Hands down best service I have received from a phone store!

Excellent fast service, clear explanation of all plan choices, device options and set up. They also did their best to give me all applicable discounts including from my workplace and bundling options with my home service. Super glad I went to this location!

Emma is phenomenal. She is one of the reasons and examples of why I have been with AT&T for 15 years. I came in the store to trade in my phone and she immediately greeted me. She helped me greatly and made me feel very informed and comfortable. She was also very friendly and made the time go by smoothly. She is truly a gem to the company and her store. Her customer service is wonderful. Thank you Emma for making me feel valued as a customer!

James Colon was out man, he helped 2 old folks sign up a new phone. He saved us, we had no clue how to transfer data from my husband’s work phone to his new phone. James was professional, kind , helpful. We so appreciate him and his help. We loved him. Thanks AT&T for having him He’s the best.

I would like to commend the assistant manager Jameka for her poise under pressure. I had a difficult situation while upgrading my current phone and while I was not happy with what I was going through, in the end, she demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to do whatever needed to retain me as a two decade long customer. When a customer is unhappy it can be difficult to maintain your cool and not be judgmental, but she came through flawlessly. Also, the regional manager Keith went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you.
