I have been coming here for years to run my car through for a quick wash and self serve vacuum. Always been satisfied. This last time I decided to purchase a basic wash package with repeating monthly charges. I mis-read the instructions and purchased the wrong much higher costing package. They immediately responded to fix and correct my mistake. Thanks for the good customer service.

I paid for $20 Works and Wow, went through car wash,, and while drying car realized there was no tire shine. Tires were dull and dry. Spoke to ASM Ethan and asked for options. He explained how tire shine machine was down and only works sporadically while waiting to be repaired. I told him owner needs to let customers know before they pay (put up sign or verbally).After I told him I would just go pick up some and do myself, he ended up going getting tire shine while I was still drying my car, came back, shined my tires and gave me my Wow!...thanks, Ethan for keeping your cool and making it right!

Ethan was awesome. He gave great customer service and was quick with assisting me! I’m a member and I have 2 vehicles that both come to Zips! The wades are always top tier. I love it here 😊

Wow! Very impressed! This location has improved so much recently. I am not sure what yall have changed, but keep it up!!! Fast friendly service. Will make this my regular location from now on!
