I went in the store not even knowing what I wanted or needed and John took the time to help me decide. Once I made up my mind he went above and beyond by locating the bike I wanted at a different location and going to pick it up himself.

Chad and Kevin are my go to people for anything cycling and multi sport related here in the mid south. Trust is big when it comes to buying performance equipment and these folks have my trust.
