People First Urgent & Primary Care - Bartlett

One of the best medical experiences in a while. The provider I saw was wonderful. She listened, but was also quick. She did testing and made me feel confident in my diagnosis. Although I went for urgent care, I will actually be switching to them as my primary care provider.

This office had super friendly front desk staff, the waiting area was very clean and the PA that I saw (Yasmin) was very friendly! I felt I was in great hands. Jessie, the young lady that assists was a delight! And there was another lady who took my vitals. She was wonderful as well. I won't go anywhere else for Urgent Care. The Bartlett location is top notch!

My daughter was in need of a sport physical asap but her primary doctor was booked until the end of the month. I researched other places that we could go. People first came up and really came through for us. I called them and we were able to walk in the same day. It was the cheapest that I had come across. The staff were amazing. The facility was nice and clean. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all and keep up the great work!

I was seen quickly and efficiently. Upon arriving, I noticed the cleanliness and fresh appearance of the location itself. I was greeted immediately, they were training a front counter admin, who was doing a great job. I also used the restroom while there, which was spotless. They had a cute little play area for children, which is great to see as a mom of 3. I was assisted by both women at the front counter, both of whom I spoke to when I called earlier in the day, the nurse who took my vitals, the doctor, and the nurse who administered my shot (they may have been NPs, I apologize if I get their profession incorrect). Each and every one of them were kind, pleasant, helpful, and quick. Once checked in, I was in and out of the facility in about 30 min and my prescription was called in before I even reached the pharmacy. I am already feeling better thanks to their wonderful help today, and I will definitely be back, and taking my family there as well. Thank you so much for the care shown today!
