Have been here a few months and enjoy living here. Staff has been good and addresses concerns. I always have to walk my trash myself and prefer to do it anyway; so the $25 is a waste of money each month. I wish they would allow us to forego that and just take the trash to the dumpster ourselves because that is what I do anyway. I am not lazy. Any time I have had a work request it has been taken care of within 24 hours. I feel like I am treated fair and enjoy the other people who live here. The only negative that I have is the scary, stalkers who tow vehicles. I have never had a vehicle told, but have seen the tower stalk around vehicles and tow a brand new vehicle that had just been bought that day. Then he cussed me out and tried to run me over and gun his engine at me. That is not the apartments fault and I spoke with them about the concerns. I haven't seen that guy back again, so that is a bonus. The pool area is nice and the people make it the best. Always smiles when I go inside. Plus, being a teacher, I like the fact that they have rates for us to help out. I look forward to coming home each day after work and relaxing.

Moved in a few months ago and absolutely love living here! Location is so close to my job and I am less than 5 miles to get to grocery stores, shopping, or out to eat. The management and maintenance are always helpful and I have no complaints. I recommend leasing here !

It's a beautiful complex! Love it.. awesome amenities ❤ staff is wonderful and courteous.. great location just right you have Loop 820 going south or west or I35 going north or south.

I first met Dr. Madaraty in May 2015 in Intensive Care Unit, his care from the beginning has been great. He has given aggressive, professional, attentive care, while having a wonderful bedside manner. He is sensitive to the care and need of this patient. He explained everything concerning my health thoroughly. He kept my wife updated on my health, while I was in crisis. He is overall a great physician. I would recommend him to anyone having lung issues.
