I went in the store not even knowing what I wanted or needed and John took the time to help me decide. Once I made up my mind he went above and beyond by locating the bike I wanted at a different location and going to pick it up himself.

Also, I still come into the store from time to time to pick up supplies and get tips. Kevin is always willing to show me the mechanics of upkeep and maintenance for my ride.
