“The short, very dark-skinned cashier with wild hair (Janelle - in case there are others who share her name) was completely impolite and unprofessional. I frequent this location often, however, they recently changed their credit card machine and I was inserting my card incorrectly. Yes, it did take a few attempts and I finally asked Janelle to swipe my card for me because I clearly wasn't getting it. She rudely took my card and swiped it correctly (strip facing downward would have been the better way to word it instead of simply saying upside down) and acted as though she'd been asked to do the most demeaning task ever. This store is in a very nice location so it would be nice if ALL of the employees matched the values of this community. Janelle's rating is a -5, but since most of my interactions are pleasant at this location then I will not allow this one negative experience to influence my overall rating too much.”
