Working with her, Elizabeth Rook Insurance and Erie have been extremely smooth and painless. It took quite a bit of work for me to find a company I would leave USAA for, but effective today, I am an ERIE/Rook Insurance customer! Picked up Auto, Home, Motorcycle and RV insurance all from one place!

I have had problems with other companies in the past but Elizabeth made everything easy and fast. I have been with the company for three years and do not plan to change. They are always there when I need them and there to advise. They will find the best company to suit your needs. They are handling both home and auto for me.
