Nothing but great things to say about my experience at the U Factor Salon, and with Mrs. Ursula. She helped to bring my hair back to life and in a healthy state. You can tell she this truly passionate about your hair’s health versus just another stylist styling your hair simply for the money. My hair turned out great.

Ms. Ursula was really nice and patient with me. I texted her before buying my Groupon. She called me back to answer my questions, which really made me feel good and comfortable going to her. She did recommend a deep treatment conditioning for me, so I went with it. Let’s see how it works!

I will say that the trim was $35. That was the first time I have ever paid that much for a trim. So please note that if you want a cut or trim. That may be the standard price now though for stylists.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend her for hair treatment.

My stylist Ursula was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of hair. I was fortunate to be a customer for her live video broadcast and listening to her explain her every move in detail was more than gratifying. Just knowing that someone with this kind of passion and knowledge is in your head gives peace. This was my first Silk Out treatment but certainly not my last. Thanks for the lovely experience!
