This is the 2nd time we used Elite roofing. We used them 5 years ago. We remembered their exceptional work and customer service and called them again for the roofing replacement service at our new home. Ben and his team is exceptional in the industry. Their estimate is fair. They are very careful on handling our sprinkler system and plants. They plan the day before and clean up after the work. The communication is great! I'm so glad I was referred to Elite Roofing Solutions by my friend & neighbor, based on her positive experience with this company! Luke S. responded quickly to my call and agreed to meet with me the next day. My roof had 2 layers of old shingles damaged by a recent windstorm, a broken turbine ventilator, & some rotten wood to be replaced. After meeting at my home & viewing the job, Luke quickly provided me with a free estimate which I found to be very reasonable when compared to a prior estimate I had received from a different company! I had complete confidence in Elite Roofing Solutions, as Luke provided me with a folder at our meeting, containing his business card, copies of Elite's proof of insurance & business license, their A+ rating with the BBB, Super Service Award from Angi's List, their certification as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, and a brochure of various styles and colors of shingles! After signing the contract, my roof replacement was scheduled to take place within 2 weeks.
The crew of 10 roofers went right to work, moving potted plants and patio furniture, and protecting bushes, yard, & porches with tarps. They worked steadily with no problems, removing the old shingles, replacing the turbine ventilator, replacing rotten wood, & installing the new roof! Their clean-up was fast & complete: everything put back in place, all scraps hauled away in a dumpster/trailer, & any stray nails removed with a magnetic roller! You could tell these men were very experienced, working hard the entire time, & taking pride in the results of their efforts! Luke checked on the workers, & came by after completion to see the result and make sure the job was performed to my satisfaction! I am completely amazed and grateful for the speed, quality of workmanship, respect for personal property, and kindness shown throughout this project by Luke S. & his fantastic team! I received a recommendation from a neighbor to use Elite Roofing Solutions. I called and Luke came out and inspected my roof. I had originally called to get an estimate to identify where my roof was leaking. Luke was able to find the problem quickly. Upon his inspection of the roof, he determined that I would need a new roof within the next year or two at the most. I decided to go ahead and put a new roof on rather than wait. With all the rain we have had, Luke arranged for the leak at the chimney to be fixed first and then install the roof as soon as an opening became available in the schedule. Luke communicated with me every step of the way. He kept me informed on possible installation dates, delivery of materials and answered all of my many questions. When it came time for the roof to be installed, the crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They worked as a team and installed the roof in half a day. It was incredible how fast and professional the entire process was completed. I highly recommend Elite Roofing Solutions and ask for Luke. I don't think you will be disappointed.

They are simply the best! I am posting a before and after photo of the roof replacement that Jeremy Evans with Elite Roofing Solutions did for me and my wife. Mia and I bought this house as our first house in October of 2020, and we are new to all the things that come with houses; especially roofing. We had little to no knowledge about roofing, insurance, financing, etc… Thanks to Jeremy Evans, we didn’t have to be that knowledgeable. From start to finish, Mr. Evans took care of everything! The cost was affordable, and the work was magnificent! Oh, and the best part… THE ENTIRE ROOF WAS REPLACED IN A SINGLE DAY! He turned this leaky, wet HOUSE into a dry, sealed HOME! Luke provided a timely estimate which was very competitive based on pitch of roof and type of shingle. He made wonderful suggestions to make both the roof & brick compliment one another. The installers were great and expedient with labor and cleanup. The warranty is also an excellent peace of mind benefit based on what we chose to install. I’d recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area.
