(October 9, 2020, 11:49 am)I get all my cars from CarMax. It's an easy experience. Hassle free. I usually go online and search for the car(s) I'm interested in, then narrow it down, and finally go and test drive the ones that are at the location closest to me.
This most recent time, though, the car I loved was in Alabama, so I made sure I was prequalified for financing, had it transferred for free up to my store, did a test drive, and bought it on the spot!
The entire process was so easy! Everyone was friendly and responsive, and I absolutely love this car!
