(November 12, 2020, 4:07 pm)Most of the complaints I see are either a product of interpersonal relationships, poor self management, or very odd expectations for trucking. This is no 9 to 5 career. You will wait sometimes. I always get detention pay if I did everything I was supposed to. Yes they want to maximize your hours and miles, that is how you and the company make money after all. I have worked with alot of different companies and while they all have some negatives this one has been the best for me. And yep not an office worker, truck 66078.
