Memphis MFR Yoga

After years of low back and right hip pain, it was amazing to finally see and understand the root cause and receive relief -- after one evaluation and therapy session. PT professional and myofascial release expert Grace Vedala identified my issues and her therapy made a difference immediately. Of course to have continued relief, additional sessions are needed but the thrill of realizing there is actually something that can be done to help the aching pain, and it's not medicine or surgery, is really really Great! I wholeheartedly recommend Grace and MFR Yoga.

Without exaggeration, I look on the treatment that I have received from Grace as virtually life-saving. I was having such excruciating head pain that life had become almost unendurable. I was two days away from having my occipital neuralgia nerve cut by a brain surgeon to bring me some relief when a friend gave me Grace's name and suggested that I receive physical therapy from her as a last resort before major surgery. Grace heard my story and wanted to help me so much that she treated me on a Sunday, when her office is not typically open. After one treatment, I knew that I could get lasting relief from her therapy. I canceled the surgery the next day and have continued to receive treatment from her. I can never express enough gratitude for her giving me such pain relief and helping me return to a normal life! My cup runneth over!

Grace is a miracle worker. I have problems with sciatica sometimes and after I have therapy with Grace I am able to resume my activities. She is also very knowledgeable and is able to teach me how to take care of myself at home to aid in recovery. I am so thankful that I met Grace and I am looking forward to learning more from this wonderful Yoga therapist.

The patience, kindness, and high level of skill Grace has is above any other kind of therapy I have pursued. After a few sessions creaks and pains that have hurt for months dissipate. Grace's skill as a therapist is unmatched and she provides a great home program to keep me feeling great on the road. I can't recommend her enough! A wonderful human and a wonderful practice! Greatful my family and I have found MFR Yoga!
