I did all my paperwork online before hand, and when I arrived Gary was there to ensure my move went smoothly! He went above and beyond to show me around the storage unit and make sure I had everything I needed. The rates are affordable and the location is perfect and safe.

I have rented a storage unit at the Pasadena location for the last 12 years. Gary the on site manager has always been very professional and accommodating. Any small problems that have come up were handled quickly. I’m confident that this level of service will continue with the new ownership. Site upgrades have already started. I can highly recommend this facility.

I met with the manager Gary to review spaces at this facility. The facility is clean and in excellent condition. They had just installed a new lift as well. Car access in and out is very convenient. I told Gary what I was looking for and he showed me units that fit my needs. He is awesome to work with and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their goods!

Nice people working at the facility who always pop out when someone is loading or unloading, just to make sure there is no funny business. I like that, I also like that they seem to be making improvements to the site as well. It would be nice to have them in place as soon as possible though. The freight elevator will be a magic when fully operational as well as the new gate code boxes. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on my space. I like that I can cancel at any time, and if I need to, I can downsize to something smaller at the site no problem.
