I originally received a quote from a different agent and I was disappointed that he failed to contact me for the scheduled time so that I could purchase my policy. However I decided to call the local number and Sharon was super helpful and I was able to purchase my policy from her quickly and she was able to answer my questions in a manner that I understood.
Sharon also made sure to follow up with me a few days later
