(June 30, 2020, 4:25 pm)If you have transmission problems (or other issues with your vehicle) go to AAMCO on getwell, Memphis TN and talk to the store manager Mark Jones. He is a professional and committed to solve the problem. At this store their diagnositics are on point. My Nissan Xterra needed transmission repair as well as coolant system repair. They did a great job fixing both. My vehicle drives with no problem. I am glad that I brought my business to this store and I would definitely visit AAMCO on getwell again in the future and recommend it to all my friends.

Also, he identified some other issue with my care and recommendations to take care of them. Great guy, great mechanic, this is the place to go 100%!

(March 11, 2020, 9:09 am)Mark is great, he gives it to me straight about what's going on with my vehicle, when I had a labor issue he stood by his warranty and fixed the part on my transmission. I would do business with them again if the need arises.

(July 10, 2019, 1:58 pm)They did great the first time.. Second time ok.. They need to communicate a little bit more with customers up front about what's going on with their vehicle. Overall they did good work and if any problem they will try to help you.. I would come back again.. Mark the manager he will go beyond for you with talking with respect and letting him know the problem up front before leaving the shop.. I'm satisfied with the work.. The mechanic are professional and help any kind of way.. not so bad experience..
