This was my first appointment with Dr. Gaillard. He was very professional and very detail in the procedures for my colonoscopy.
I went to Dr. Gaillard 2 years ago. He is a good doctor, however his bedside manner with me completely turned me off. He was some what rude and short with me when I explained the steps I was taking to lose weight. Apparently I wasn’t doing enough for him. Instead of suggesting or encouraging me he completely blew me off. The conversation went downhill from there. Needless to say I won’t be going back. I will not say he isn’t good at what he does, I just didn’t appreciate the interaction with him.

Should have done this a while ago. I did go back. We got off to a bad start. He apologized and so did I. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He was just really straight forward with me. And I appreciate that. As I said the man is very smart and knows his job!
From consultation to the procedure the enter experience has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes before I was back in with the nurse. Check was beyond efficient! The nurses and support staff were delightful and looked like AND behaved as true professionals who genuinely enjoyed their jobs.
Now for sharing my reviews on Dr. Ian Gaillard…HE IS AN ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL Gastroenterologist and I am so grateful that my son recommended him to me. He is thorough in his questioning and in listening to you as a patient. He ask questions that maybe you wanted to ask but sometimes when you get in front of your doctor if you haven’t written down you would forget. Dr. Gaillard is thorough in explaining to you with pictures on the wall on what the procedure entails. Really calmed my nerves. And his office calls to check on you after the procedure to ensure you’re well. That’s top notch quality care and that’s what you’ll get from Dr. Gaillard.
