(May 14, 2021, 1:05 pm)Amazing example of the old growth virgin forests of the early US. Also, the work the city has done to protect this forest from development is outstanding! This old growth forest has many trails to explore, trees to see, and wildlife to watch. A must for any nature lover.
*EDIT- I hope given the more recent controversy over the zoo clearcutting part of this old-growth forest, that the city will more formally protect this area from further loss. This forest is too special to lose! -
