Everyone is very friendly.
Best maintained L.Q. I have ever visited.
Our room is exceptionally clean. There was a pressure issue with the shower, but it got hot quick!
The location was perfectly centered around everything we were interested in. Booking our next stay right there. -

(September 6, 2020, 5:52 pm)We are so glad that my sister in law had booked at this hotel, Elizabeth was awesome!!!!! She has the right customer service skill, excellent and went above and beyond. Always smiling, greeting people, asking if they need assistance, checking on customers....location was perfect, 10 minutes to the airport, shuttle service was excellent, mexican restaurant was excellent, we were just so happy and we will be coming back next time we travel to memphis. Elizabeth was an excellent addition to La Quinta...keep up the good work Elizabeth, your friends from Room 402 :)

(August 18, 2020, 11:39 am)Its NICE there. There's a Mexican Restaurant right NEXT door. So that's a big bonus. Only giving 4 stars because breakfast is NOT what you'd expect. No waffle iron maker, No pancakes you couldn't even self serve ???. NOT alot to choose from on the breakfast menu.

I really appreciate the sweet lady that was working the morning breakfast for all the guests, she handled herself above anyone that I have encountered at any hotel. I wanted to also thank the housekeeping staff for taking care of me when I needed an extra towel, soap, or shampoo. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Memphis, Tn. area.?
