Awesome customer service!!! We were driving across the country with a fifth wheel and lost trailer brakes - not safe. Brianna answered our call and coordinated with Jesse and Steve in the service department. They were so accommodating and efficient in trying a few possible solutions and then helping us find the part we needed for a more involved repair.

While waiting we found a back up camera we have been wanting on sale with the wonderful Good Sam discount. Jessica and Autumn were so helpful and answered all our questions for that purchase.

I purchased a 2016 Winnebago Vista. Sean Hall was excellent in facilitating the entire process and went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. The reason for my purchase was not for pleasure traveling, like most RV purchases would be, and Sean was considerate and accommodating to my situation. Also, the gentlemen that walked me through the RV to show me the functionality was patient with me and all of my questions. The friendly staff at finance, parts and service were all great too!

We had the best experience here. Today we drove off the lot with our very first fifth wheel. Paula made the process so easy and fun, she even bought us lunch for us on day of purchase! Is we ever need anything, we know we can call her with questions or concerns, she's the easiest to work with. The whole team made it an amazing experience.
