I just realized that the Water bill amount is normal in San Marcos area so…. I love the neighborhood, is very quiet and my neighbors are great, nice, kind I like a peaceful place so it’s been great living here 🤗 and the new manager I forgot his name but is an amazing person, nice, understand and solve any inquiries that we have 😌

Family & friends live there for years now .Big and nice .Also opened up entrance to go through the back .

I'm currently relocating from several hours away and my home is closing faster than expected. I have spent the last week looking in Austin and the surrounding areas. I've looked at other Sun Communities and other mobile home communities not owned by Sun and can honestly say that out of everyone I've spoken to they have been both the most hospitable and knowledgeable out of everyone. San Marcos is a little further out than what I preferred but I would rather make the drive and live somewhere I felt comfortable then save a few dollars and be miserable. They will absolutely have my business.
