(January 1, 2022, 8:05 pm)Curves, Amy and Lauren, staff is the best. They are kind, encouraging, informative, helpful, and put safety first. The Curves machines works more then one body part fast, but it takes times to learn how to use the machines.

Not only did they help be become my best self inside and out they also has super comfy workout clothes you could buy as well as an array of other healthy shake options. You MUST come in and meet these owners they are just the BEST!!

Since starting in the early 2000s, I can tell a real difference in my mobility. Amy and Lauren couldn't be nicer and work hard to help me use the machines correctly. Zumba is great fun, too!
