(March 25, 2023, 1:11 pm)Firstly extreme shout out to all staff/trainers (Stephanie, Trevor, Zach; Dave) if I didn’t get to meet them yet, I’ve had a extremely humbling experience/process and I’m dedicated to it as I continue building up stamina. It’s a great place to be for kickboxing focused fitness training. Have a blessed day.

(January 5, 2023, 1:06 pm)The best class I have ever been to! The workout is intense and fun but the best part is getting such great encouragement from the trainers. Even if you are not able to do all the exercises yet they don't judge and push you to keep going and it makes you better each class. I am two classes in and I feel like my body is already transforming.

(December 14, 2022, 7:27 pm)I love memphis kickboxing!!! This is a fun stress relieving work out for me to go and do when I get off work. I have been coming for a little over a year. I have gained muscle and confidence! I try and do about 5 classes a week! All the instructors are different in their own ways and are really fun to interact with. Highly suggest trying it out 💜
