SERVICE ABOVE EXPECTATIONS FROM A NICE SALES LADY!!! I called for a rim on an O3 Honda, this nice lady went the extra mile and made sure it was physically at that store as this is a rarely purchased item. ( mine was bent in one of the astronomical potholes in Memphis)
Another store showed it in stock but could not locate it. Argh.
After I paid for a new wheel which by the way cost less than repairing the bent one, this great service lady lifted it up on her shoulder and was going to take to my car:-) Wow above and beyond, so nice to offer, just took it out myself with a smile. I have found my new supplier.

I am so thankful to this crew at NAPA. My wife is making a long trip and her car started acting up. Thankfully it was a simple fix of being a little low on oil. My wife is not very mechanically Inclined, and was beside herself. They help to top of the oil and got her back on the road. I only hope and pray others are blessed enough to find people willing to help in there time`s of need. I know this act was simple but I am truly grateful for this team's willingness to help others.
