The process was easy. I just sent a text with a photo of the items I needed to be upolstered and small description of what I had in mind. I received a quote back along with how long it would take. They also helped me pick out fabric with a discount from their frantic store. The turnaround was faster than expected and I definitely would recommend! A+++
