From the time I walked in August 14 until my dad was laid to rest August 22 2020 I have no complaints. This was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do but the entire staff from the greeters at the door to the owner made the process simple informative and one less stessful aspect in planning for transitioning of My Dear Mr Nash My Daddy. Thank you for all the assistance and comfort extended to me and my family.

We had a very good experience with Harold Ford and his team at Serenity. It is a very nice facility with competent, caring professionals. In particular, I appreciated the transparency and openness on the business side of things. That’s the way it ought to work. They have options for every family’s needs. Highly recommended.

My family recently moved to the area and we were not familiar with any of the funeral homes. I had to read reviews to determine which funeral home to consider using. We decided to use Serenity. From the beginning they were very professional. Mr. Ford promptly answered the phone on a Sunday morning. They then picked my dad's body up so quickly he was never sent to the hospital morgue. The following day we met with Andre to make the arrangements. Andre was wonderful and explained our options. My parents had been married almost sixty--six years so my mother cried intermittently while making the arrangements. The staff understood and did what they could to ease her pain. On the date of the service the staff arrived at the church early, they were very professional, caring and asked if there was anything they could do for us. Throughout the entire process they were there for us. We were even asked if they should stay until the repast was over to take family members home that rode in the limos. Wow! Who does that? Must also commend the individual that proof reads the obituaries. She also was wonderful and made suggestions prior to changing anything. Serenity we will be forever grateful to you for ensuring that everything was flawless during my dad's Homegoing. We will be using your Facility for all future Homegoing Services for our family members. Thank you for an EXCEPTIONAL job! We appreciate everything that you all did for our family!

Senator Harold Ford outdid himself when he came up with such a beautiful facility that is also competitively priced. Unfortunately, someone had to pass in order to learn of his location. Fortunately for US, we met (again) a respectable gentlemen who knows how to lay your loved one to rest with dignity, style and class. His caring staff knows how to work with clientele and meet each specific needs. Definitely concierge service was given! It is the ONLY facility we will be utilizing in the future!! Choose them, I promise you won't regret it!!

My family had a wonderful experience with Serenity Funeral Home. My grandmother's body was cared for and treated with such great respect. The staff was patient, compassionate, understanding and kind. Andre Monroe, Ervin, Mr. Ford and Allen took really good care of us during our emotional time.
