  We had a blast the trails were great, a lot of wildlife, decent parks and its just a great place to go to be in nature solo or with the family.

  My family started renting the space apart from the gazebos near the pool for our annual outing. The area is spacious; there’s a kitchenette and restrooms. The ranger and other staff members are attentive and polite. Due to the pandemic, we elected to not congregate this year. As soon as this pandemic is over, we plan to reserve the area again.

  Easy hike, a bridge was out, but they are working on it. Some of the trail is slightly overgrown but very much still passable. Only a few logs over the trail and small ones, so easy pass. Not a bad day hike.

  Great state park. Needs a little refreshing but very close to everything. Rangers are constantly driving around and checking things out. We felt very safe. They have a laundry too.
