“We had an URGENT need for a transmission in our 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Our Daughter was coming in about 10 days to take the truck to Miami where she lives. We needed a National company for a warranty that would cover the work, not only in Miami, but in EVERY state she traveled thru to get there. We spoke with Brian. He was knowledgeable,, considerate and concerned. Brian expedited the work and had our truck towed in and repaired in 1 day. Brian wanted us to put as many miles on the truck as possible so he could inspect the truck for any issues related to the replacement of the transmission, before our daughter arrived. Brian was being proactive. Brian didn't want our daughter to encounter any issues as she drove the 15 hour,1,023 miles to her home. Presently, the climate in America suggests that there is no genuine civility or respect between Whites and other races. I am honored to document that the Staff at Coleman-Taylor, were genuinely friendly, cheerful and caring with us and Brian wasn't just Professional, Brian behaved as a Parent and used this opportunity to personally do all he could to ensure her safety on the road alone with such a long journey home.
