“Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my first baby last night. Although the wait time was above average ( which is out of their control) the staff did everything possible to safe my Tj. They were very kind supportive and caring and more than accommodating from the frantic call, the struggle of watching my doggie fight to stay here, the diagnosis, the final decision, lastly my final goodbye. I know he’s safe and not in pain anymore. I am thankful for the team I met on 1/13 for helping me through this tough time and providing my dog with peace.”

“If you want a best friend or hugs do not go to him. If you want what is wrong with you solved - go. I dont do reviews usually but was looking and saw the bad reviews and feel compelled to jump in here. People who are amazing in one area of life are often equally horrible in another. He is a great Neurologist. Best around IMO and that of the people who referred me. Only one to ever solve my issue (chronic head pain for years after hemorrhage and surgeries) and has done same for many others. It was clear from the start he is not a people person doctor. He was cold for sure if you care about such things - I care only about getting better and no one else I have seen was able to do that. Also - when my wife met him 2 weeks ago for the first time coming with me for a follow I prepped her for him seeming rude or exceptionally cold. He was neither. He very clinically explained that I have MS (not at all expected) and suggested paths of treatment (or not) and care options. We both left glad he was on the team.”

“I thought it had gotten better. New staff, super friendly. Then right back downhill. First off in the years I've been with them, they say they have never gotten a fax from my doctor authorizing a medication. I have even sent this myself to the number given and they say they don't get it. I get messages saying scripts are ready, they are not. Physician office states they called in a med, Walgreens says the did not get it. Come to find out, Walgreens did not check the voicemail where scripts are left. Have tried to call twice and am placed on hold for 14 min the first time and about 10min the second time (I watched the timer on my phone). While I was there, there was a gentleman about to lose his head over the same issues. And Walgreens staff cannot answer any questions as to why.”

“This place is awesome!! Coach Kevin brings the heat. He is a fantastic trainer and trust me I have had my share of trainers. His coaching technique combines what you want with his experience which makes him a unique coach. In this facility it is only you, him, and the work...well sweat too. There are no distractions....he doesn't answer his phone or text during your session. What I love the most is that one on one attention...if you are warming up on the treadmill, bike, or rower he is there watching...from start to finish you have his attention. Also, he is flexible on times and days..for example my workout starts at 5 am and he is there on time. I highly recommend Elemental Fitness for that no distraction one on one attention and to top it off his prices are reasonable. Coach is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.”

Their leadership is top notch, friendly, professional, caring, and responsive. 24/7 nursing, frequent weekly visits from a doctor, room cleaning and trash removal, clothes washing, meals, group and individual activities, bus trips, and facilities are clean and organized. Then there's patience: My mother has dementia and is a regular challenge to Hearthside's staff, but all are patient with her and go out of their way to help her. Hearthside was recommended to me; I recommend them to you.”
