“Great experience during my visit. Dr. Williams was very informative. She talked through each procedure she did. Her nurse was really pleasant. I didn't have to wait forever in a day for an appointment nor to be examined. I recommend this practice to anyone seeking a PCP. *Revamp... I called the office to check on my ordered appointment for a mammogram, in which I didn't receive before leaving the office. The young lady that answered the phone was NOT pleasant. She had an attitude. All I wanted was my appointment for my mammogram! she told me to just show up at Dr. Flynn's office! I'm not sure how that's possible with COVID and all. I'm not happy with her conversation with me! She should be recommended for a customer service class. People like her will turn a good, trusted practice into a bad one. Don't ruin it with bad customer service!! However, I am still happy with Dr. Williams and the sweet little nurse she has. They rock!! and I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking to be cared for by someone who looks like you, but is very knowledgeable of her profession.”

“Dr. Diaz-Thomas was my endocrinologist from the time I was 11 until I was 21. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She always made sure to listen to my questions and concerns, and saved my life several times. When I had a thyroid storm and was in the hospital she made sure to come in and check on me herself and would sit with me for at least 15 minutes every day. I have yet to find an adult endocrinologist that is as good as she is!!”

“Dr. Woodbury is extremely knowledgeable. I took my daughter to him 8 years ago and still remembered our interaction with him. That displays how memorable he was. So, when I developed an unknown rash on my skin, he was the first doctor to come into my mind. I’m glad he was still actively practicing and was still in the same location. He diagnosed me almost immediately and I felt confident that my treatment plan would be effective. He covered all basis, and didn’t cut any corners when it came to my health. That’s something I look for and appreciate in a physician.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Nicholas Gerard! Dr. Gerard and his staff are incredible. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The receptionist goes above and beyond for patients. I setup an appointment right before finding out that I was losing insurance and the appointment was going to be after my insurance was terminated. I called and asked if it was possible to move the appointment to a date before my insurance end date and the lovely receptionist worked to schedule me in, so that I would be covered by insurance. Dr. Gerald is great and explains what to expect and how to prepare for the procedure during the consultation. He makes sure to answer any and all questions and even explains the reasoning behind things. Dr. Gerard and his staff do great work and I highly recommend them. I would definitely visit this dentistry again if I need anymore work done in the future. The only thing I think this dentistry could improve on is better aftercare information. I wish there was more information about what is not okay to eat and when to begin introducing solid foods back into the diet. Other than that, this dentistry is 10/10. Thank you Dr. Gerard and staff!!!!!”
