“I went to MetTrimMD Memphis because even though I work out regularly and was at a healthy weight I could not lose 10 stubborn pounds. I do not do diets or at least I don't stay on diets. The MetTrim staff gave me a thorough work up which I found extremely interesting and eye opening. The thought of drinking my meals made me queasy (first week) but once I learned the tricks I actually enjoyed the convenience and LOVED the new energy ! I did not have dramatic loss the first week (2lbs) but again I am below average in weight and recently lost 6 lbs . I have had consistent loss each week and in 5 weeks reached my goal. The foods are good (better then any other diet's prepackaged food) and I often eat at restaurants and other places but know what to eat. The system works and what's more I lost fat not muscle. I have had zero hunger and feel fantastic. I will maintain this weight by modifying my diet with supplemental meals of MetTrim's food while staying with the healthy regime for life.
