“Extremely nice staff any issues or concerns are quickly addressed with absolute empathy I really love everything so far. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable it has an at home slash business feel. My heat wasn't working and they wanted to give me another room but I liked my room and was willing to wait until Monday for maintenance to come to fix it. I just requested to extra blankets. I received those from the kindest housekeeping staff I haven't encountered in a long time. Then the front desk calls me to tell me they were sending maintenance to my room to fix the heat. I was so impressed because I didn't mind waiting at all but he came fixed the heat and I'm grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond for me but I didn't mind waiting at all.”
