I attempted to see if my uncle could fix it but it looked like he wasn't sure, and I wasn't about to buy parts for a dryer not really knowing if that was the issue. I called R&G and Rodney offered to fix it or give me another one at a discounted price, which ever was cheapest. He came the same day and gave me another dryer similar to the one I had, but NEWER!!! After the repair, he checked all of my sinks, showers, and toilets inside the house to ensure no further problems. He found an issue with the laundry water valve and offered to replace it right then. I would recommend Hugo Plumbing to everyone I know and would definitely use them again for all of my plumbing needs!”
