“I cannot even begin to convey how much respect I have for this guy. Dr. Jones, or Ken as he always calls himself, has helped me so much more than I can ever convey here. My first appointment w/him was in 2002 after a friend's recommendation. I'm so grateful to that friend! It was a crazy time for me. My brother had just committed suicide, I thought I wanted a divorce...not enjoying life and beating myself up while making some really bad decisions. Dr. Jones helped me navigate through all of it. He's the type of person that immediately puts you at ease. You immediately know he's a man of integrity. A man that's going to "shoot it straight" in the most non-judgmental way. His ability to mix humor with total, sometimes hard hitting facts is absolutely phenomenal! I've recommended friends, their kids and family to him with total confidence for years. His love and compassion for kids, especially kids with special needs tells me so much about his amazing character. I totally respect his love for his own family too. His genuine interest in each patient is something you feel immediately. He's the real deal. I'm honored and grateful to know him.”

“Hourly rates are the perfect advertising to compliment the honeymoon cottage here. Mirrors lined the walls and ceiling and there where strips of led lights lining the largest one over the bed, flashing an almost alarming red and blue. It was meant to help set the mood but the color scheme surely frightened many of the residents. It reminded us that weed stayed in the dollar tree version of lovers lane. I enjoyed the bath salt of the earth feel. A real trip into the heartland that showed us true American Charms. Need to add sexy mood lights in all the rooms. I'd opt for a less frightening color scheme tho.”

She took 20 minutes ( seeing as I usually have to wait 45 on hold just to talk to someone ) to change my address and even added my truck and got me a wonderful quote. “The Doctor and Staff are very pleasant. I am confident in their experience. The process is quick and painless. I love being able to see, However, I am experiencing floaters in one eye...yikes. I'm told it's normal with aging (65). When my first eye was done (cataract removal with added lens), after about a month of healing and being able to see perfectly, I went out one cold night without my eye protection gargles on. When I returned home, the floaters appeared immediately. It was alarming. I did not expect that. I called the 24/7 hotline and was invited in first thing the next morning for an exam. The exam results were good and there was no damage to the eye. After another month the floaters are not quite as prominent and I hope they will soon settle. I would do it all again, but I would be sure to wear eye protection at night, too.”
