Further when you walk in they have a greater check your temperature, and give you a prepackaged zip lock bag with a tithing envelope and packaged communion. I wrote a shining review of them back then, and now that some time has past and I’ve had more interaction with them, I feel compelled to write a follow up. We found ourselves in need of a contractor on two occasions the past few years. We wanted to get some work done on the house, but I’ve heard so many horror stories about, contractors in the area, that I was a little apprehensive about this process. Since Reginald had done such a good job helping us find a house I thought maybe he could help us find a contractor as well. To make a long story short, he was surprisingly responsive and diligent in helping us get in contact with reliable contractors who both did amazing work! He didn’t have to return my calls or lift a finger to help me, but he did. I know it’s cliche, but he treated us like family. The folks at Harris Realty continue to amaze me, even 3 years later! “My kitchen was AWFUL. I cannot stress that enough. I had Caldwell paint my entire kitchen. The walls, cabinets, ceiling, doors, trim (baseboards, window/door moldings), everything. All of the paint on my cabinets and trim (and the exterior door) was peeling/chipping and could be scraped off with a fingernail. 2 corners on my cabinets had been chewed by a previous owners dog. The cabinet doors and boxes had little pinholes all over them, and there was a huge crack on one of the boxes. One of the cabinet doors had ripped off the hinges taking a chunk of wood off the back. The walls had all kinds of dents, cracks, bulges, etc. The “before” pictures really don’t capture how bad everything looked. Caldwell fixed everything. I had the cabinets painted “Baby Seal Black” satin, the walls BM “Silver Lining” eggshell, and the trim/doors BM “Ice Mist” semigloss. They turned my kitchen into a paint booth and spray painted my cabinet boxes (with Renner). They sprayed my cabinet doors/drawers in their shop. I had them install all new hinges, drawer pulls, and knobs and they look perfect. It did take much longer than I expected for them to finally finish everything, but in this case it was worth it. The final product exceeded my expectations, especially the cabinets. I highly recommend Caldwell.”
