“Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

“Coming from an RN, I saw Dr Natarajan for the first time this week. I was previously being seen by someone else and wasn’t happy with my care. I have to say he is hands down the best! He is thorough, patient, educational, concerned and very intelligent. He did not rush me and listened to all my needs/concerns. I left with a plan I was more than satisfied with. “Dr. Farley did a wonderful job fully diving into my pain and back problems. He started out having a conversation regarding all of my pain problems, did an examination that included me stretching to further recognize any pain points, and then had me do an X-Ray. It’s great to know he fully looked into my personal situation. Before the adjustment, I used their massage bed to loosen my muscles and then we looked at the X-Rays together. Dr. Farley was awesome explaining the details of my back, making sure I was completely aware of the findings and how it impacts my day-to-day. The adjustment felt awesome and finally gave me the relief I had been needing. Ortman Chiropractic’s staff made me feel welcome and took amazing care of me. “Appointment went well, employees were professional, polite, & helpful. However, i guess most people's body/ arm reacts different to testing than mine because the things that I know for sure I'm allergic to didn't appear in the way the allergiest would deem as an allergic reaction. The same thing happened before at 2 other allergy places before years ago, it's just that i respond differently & usually the itching from the testing itches worse after about an hour later. Now just waiting for someone to contact me to finally start my shots.”
