I didn't have to wait forever in a day for an appointment nor to be examined. I recommend this practice to anyone seeking a PCP. *Revamp... I called the office to check on my ordered appointment for a mammogram, in which I didn't receive before leaving the office. The young lady that answered the phone was NOT pleasant. She had an attitude. All I wanted was my appointment for my mammogram! she told me to just show up at Dr. Flynn's office! I'm not sure how that's possible with COVID and all. I'm not happy with her conversation with me! She should be recommended for a customer service class. People like her will turn a good, trusted practice into a bad one. Don't ruin it with bad customer service!! However, I am still happy with Dr. Williams and the sweet little nurse she has. They rock!! and I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking to be cared for by someone who looks like you, but is very knowledgeable of her profession.”
